Together, we reflect on Sanatan Dharma through practical teachings, discussions, and guided practices rooted in Neeti Sastra and other facets of this living tradition. 📿
This gathering supports a wider mission: to offer a platform for yoga, to deepen the younger generation’s understanding of tradition, and to strengthen care and compassion within our community.
Voices of the session
Three teachers, each bringing a distinct thread of practice and scholarship.
Dr. Laxmi Sharma
